Root says they have seen colored meth on other cases, but it is rare.
"It has been rare so far, like I say we saw the red before. Never no blue," says Root.
Root says the blue color could also help them pin-point anybody else in relation to the case.
"You could trace it back if we see any more blue meth. we will pretty well know where it came from," says Root.
